The chapter holds hybrid meetings, in-person & virtually for 11 months of the year. Most meetings are held in the evening, either during the week or on Saturday. The chapter incorporates meaningful programs into our monthly business meetings. Themes include conservation, patriotism, women's issues, historic preservation, and much much more.
Chapter meeting locations vary throughout the greater New Milford area. We schedule one or two road trips a year to area historical attractions.
The chapter members meet quarterly to participate in social activities. This includes luncheons, crafts activities, and other exciting gatherings. We love to have fun together!!
We encourage anyone interested in joining DAR to attend one of our meetings. We love visitors and want you to better understand the NSDAR organization and our chapter.

The members of our chapter consistently give back to our communities with over 5,000 volunteer hours each year. These hours are achieved through both individual service as well as chapter-led initiatives.
